This is a very homey, bright, and personal apartment situated on the top floor of a well-maintained property from the 50’s. The windows in three directions gives space and atmosphere. The living room is placed in the central part of the apartment and is furnished with two sofas, TV, stereo, small tables, and a dining group for up to six persons.

You have a direct entrance to a beautiful terrace surrounded by big green plants, furnished with sun chairs on one side, and a table with chairs in a French style on the other side. The awnings can be unfolded over the terrace and give you a shady oasis on the hottest days. All window doors have new electrical jalousies.

Beside the living room, there is a bedroom with a direct entrance to the terrace and furnished with a 160 cm twin bed and a wardrobe. Here you also find a cabinet with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Adjacent to the room, you find a small working area with a desk and chair as well as a modern bathroom in mosaic with WC, bathroom sink, and shower.

At the other end of the apartment, there is a larger bedroom that faces the quiet courtyard with sunrise and a free view of the roofs and nearby hills. The room is furnished with a 160 cm twin bed, bookcase, armchair, and good storage possibilities. A bright bathroom with bathtub, shower, bathroom sink, and WC is situated in direct connection to the bedroom.

The modern and fully equipped kitchen with a generous working space has everything for those who want to make their breakfast or cook dinner. There is an entrance to a small balcony with a view of the surroundings.

The apartment is equipped with a fiber connection 100Mb/sec and a WiFi-solution giving wireless connection in the whole apartment.

The apartment is very centrally placed along a one-way street, in leafy surroundings, and only a few blocks from the park La Promenade du Paillon, Place Massena Square and the shopping street Avenue Jean Médecin. There is a maximum of ten minutes’ walk to Promenades des Anglais, with the sea and the beach.

The Old Town, with its hustle and bustle, can be reached in a few minutes where you are spoiled for choice when it comes to restaurants, cafés, and boutiques, or you can visit the famous flower market on Cours Saleya.

In the block behind the apartment, you will find the entrance to the new tram that easily takes you back and forth to Nice Airport. Nearby, there are several airbuses and local buses to choose between, and only 15 minutes’ walk to the railway station if you want to travel by train along the beautiful Riviera.
