A fantastic apartment with an ideal location by the Port de Nice. The room, well-equipped kitchen lays next to the living room which is furnished with a sofa group and a TV. From the dining table, you can enjoy the open views over the harbor.

From the kitchen, you can access a balcony furnished with a table and chairs. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and opens into a balcony towards the peaceful inner yard. The other bedroom has two single beds with a window to the same inner yard.

The apartment is located in the beautiful harbor with a walking distance to the Old Town, the Promenades de Anglais, and much more. This is the trendiest area of Nice with several new interesting and priceworthy restaurants and boutiques. The less famous but great Coco Beach is at a short walking distance.

Just a few meters from the apartment, you will find the new tram that will easily take you back and forth to Nice Airport.
