You can not stay in a more central location in Nice than in this recently renovated and cozy second-floor apartment. The open kitchen is well planned and equipped and stands next to the living room with a dining table up to four persons and a sofa.

The living room-kitchen opens into a nice balcony furnished with a small table and two chairs, on which you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning sun. There is another table around the corner of the balcony, where you can sip on a glass of rosé in the afternoon enjoying the city life on the streets below.

The bedroom has one double bed. The modern and fresh bathroom comes with a shower and a WC.

From here you can access almost everything in the City of Nice within a 15-minute walk: Old Town with its bustling life, Promenade des Angles and the Sea, the main train station with connections to places near and far away is close as well as the bus stop to Nice Côte d’Azur Airport. Or maybe you will find the quarters next to the apartment more inviting with several great restaurants, cafés and shops right here where you live.
